How your data is handled
This page covers the details you send through the enquiry form on this site, what the site stores in your browser, and what you can ask us to do about either.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is the owner’s representative for Panorama Suites, apartment 2A.
- Legal name and address to be confirmed before launch
- Company or registration number to be confirmed before launch
- Contact for data requests to be confirmed before launch
What the form collects, and why
The enquiry form is the only place this site asks you for anything. Everything in it is used for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you want one, to arrange a viewing.
What you type
- Name and email — required, so we can reply to you
- Phone or WhatsApp and country of residence — optional
- How soon you are looking — so we can prioritise and prepare sensibly
- Anything else — the free-text message, which is whatever you choose to put in it
What is recorded alongside it
- Your consent and the time you gave it, as a record that you agreed
- Which button you pressed to reach the form, so we know whether you want the dossier or a viewing
- Which agent introduced you, if you arrived through an agent link, so the introduction is credited to them
- Where you came from — campaign tags in the link you followed, or the address of the page that linked here
The legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything done before you did. Where we are already in contact about a possible purchase, we may also rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Who else sees it
- The owner’s representative, who handles viewings, documentation and the sale
- The owner of the apartment
- The agent who introduced you, where one did, and only that you were introduced
- Service providers we use to receive and store enquiries — to be listed once the form is connected to a mail or CRM service
Your details are not sold, not added to any mailing list, and not passed to anyone else.
How long it is kept
Retention period to be set before launch. As a rule, enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation about the apartment is live, and deleted once it is clear that nothing will come of it or once you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.
What this site stores in your browser
There are no cookies and no analytics on this site. If you arrive through an agent or campaign link, the site keeps two small values in your browser’s local storage so the introduction still counts if you come back later through a plain link:
- ps_partner — the short code identifying the agent who introduced you
- ps_source — the campaign tags from the link you followed
These stay on your device, are never read by anyone else, and are only attached to an enquiry if you choose to send one. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them.
Content loaded from elsewhere
The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Doing so passes your IP address to Google, who set out their own handling at policies.google.com/privacy. Nothing else on the page is loaded from a third party.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop using it, or limit what we use it for
- Hand it over in a portable form, or send it to someone else
- Honour your objection to us using it
You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at the contact address above and we will answer within one month.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — the competent authority to be named once the controller’s place of establishment is confirmed.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting enquiries already sent will be communicated directly.
